Plain-language policy
Privacy
Calculator privacy starts with keeping the calculation on your device.
Calculator inputs stay local
Published calculators process dates, selected rules, locations, and working-hour choices in your browser. The site has no calculator backend that receives those inputs.
Share links use a URL fragment
When a calculator offers sharing, its state is encoded after the # in the URL. Browsers do not send that fragment in the normal page request. Anyone who receives the complete link—and software with access to your browser—may still read it, so do not put sensitive employee information in shared state.
Analytics are disabled
The code recognizes a small set of product events, but its current transport is a no-op: it sends no analytics request and writes no analytics identifier to local or session storage. If analytics are enabled later, this policy must be updated before collection starts.
Hosting records can still exist
Hosting and network providers may create ordinary infrastructure logs needed to deliver, secure, and diagnose the site, such as request time, requested path, IP address, and user agent. That is why this policy does not make an absolute “we collect nothing” claim.
